Yes. During onboarding, your organization will execute an agreement with Google that will ensure the storage of organization's data is fully HIPAA compliant.

What if the internet goes out?

Due to the auto saving feature, you will pick up right where you left off exactly. Everything is completely safe. When connection is lost, you are notified right away so no time is waisted on un-savable work. Any wifi connection can be used to access your drive. You can either pick up shop and find a local coffee shop, or quickly solve the wifi problem at the current location.

How secure is this service?

Even though switching to the cloud might be a leap of faith for some people, It is more secure than the average user keeping information locally. Due to viruses, malware, outdated software, and just plain old computer failure, your files are subject to be lost, stolen, or tainted. Data stored on the cloud is more secure knowing it is encrypted with state of the art firewalls and a dedicated infrastructure for security. 

Why is this service better than what i'm currently using?

It is more efficient and simple in many ways. Every different app we use is completely compatible with everything on the drive, making it extremely easy to share, collaborate, and include data from one document into another. When something goes wrong, you can give us and we will fix the problem fast and then teach you how to do it yourself saving you time and money. When Calling most troubleshooting technicians, they take forever, charge a ridiculous amount for a small problem and will not teach you how to avoid future problems... making money off of your inconvenience.
